The composite benchmark now stands at $1.08M\u2014slightly down month-over-month\u2014which signals increasingly buyer-friendly conditions. Detached homes are leading this correction, with their benchmark price at $1.8M. Apartments are currently at $686K and attached homes at $1.03M.
